Mosel Vitelic Inc. announced today that it has signed a five-year contract with Nexolon Co., Ltd. During this period, Nexolon will deliver multi-crystalline solar wafers to Mosel Vitelic valued at approximately US$290 million with delivery commencing from 2008.

This agreement will assure the solar materials supply for further production needs. Moreover, Mosel Vitelic continues its capacity expansion to 150MW in Q4 2008. This agreement will assure the solar materials supply stably under the current materials shortage.
